Upper level
The upper level forms the heart of the villa — an open space that flows naturally from indoors to out.
A large sofa area faces wide sea-view windows and a Smart TV as well as Sonos sound system, creating an inviting setting for relaxed evenings or movie nights with friends.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed for shared cooking and dining.
A guest WC is located on this level for convenience.
Upper level
On the upper level, the main entrance opens into a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, where large windows frrame stunning sea views. A guest WC adds convenience, while the layout emcourages easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Lower level
The lower level features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, along with a laundry area.
